Jeff Dennis came through for me again! Five Star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Rating on both his work and customer service! My wife’s wedding ring bore the marks that are the result of a hard working, dedicated wife, mother, and Nana. We’ve been together for 38 years. Her wedding set had seen its better days and was missing the center stone and one baguette on the side.

We moved away from Gardendale two years ago and so visited a large diamond store in Cincinnati that advertises on Christian radio. My sweetheart and I walked in with high hopes of restoring this ring which has come to be viewed by us as a cherished symbol of our love and life together.

Imagine how deflated we felt when they refused to work on the ring and in the same breath tried to sell us a new set for her. That was NOT going to happen. We left the store stunned and saddened.

It was then that we turned to my friend, Jeff Dennis, for help. I said to my wife, “If anyone can restore this ring to its former beauty, I’m sure Jeff can.” I reached out to Jeff through Messenger and he was more than accommodating and assured me he would take care of our needs.

The ring has been finished for a while now but I did not want to have him send it to us for fear it would somehow get lost. Jeff kept the ring in his safe until we were to make another trip back to Birmingham.

I took my Eternity Diamond Anniversary band in yesterday afternoon to Jeff Dennis Jewelers's to see about getting it sized up a little ... it wouldn’t go on my ring finger easily because of an arthritis knuckle ... Everyone in the store is so attentive and pleasant.. you can tell they enjoy their work! A sweet girl took my ring, made a picture of it , we decided on the size , and she said it would be ready within a week. I thought that was great... I’ve taken items to a different Jeweler and it would take several weeks... about mid day today , I got a text saying that my ring was ready and that I could pick it up..WOW!!! That was fast... I wasn’t sure what to expect , so I went to get my ring and pay for the repair, and after trying it on... Perfect fit!! So I pull out my wallet and she said , Oh there’s No Charge! WHAT??? who does that!!! I am so thankful for the care and dedication to service of the team at Jeff Dennis Jewelers. I recently took a family heirloom ring into the store to have some repairs and resizing done for a very important event for my daughter. I took the ring in needing it within a two day turn around unsure if it would even be possible to be repaired in time. Jeff listened and heard the importance of the upcoming event and went above and beyond to make sure my grandmother’s original engagement ring was not only ready for my daughter in time but I’m better shape than I knew possible. Jeff was able to point out repairs that the ring needed that I was totally unaware of and I was in shock at the beauty of the ring after repairs were made.
