Management absolutely horrific. Ordered via the app indicated curbside pickup entered my car info. Pressed the I’m here prompt when I arrived and turned on my hazard lights as directed. Then I waited, and waited and waited some more. Called the number and it rang for at least 2 minutes. Hung up and waited some more. Called back and call was answered and immediately disconnected. Called right back and was placed on hold for 4 minutes. Went in the store while still on hold. Picked up my order and asked for the manager. The lady waiting on me was pleasant, the managers response was I’ll be there in a minute when I finish taking these out of the oven. While waiting for the manager another associate started answering the calls. I told him I was one of them on hold. The manager made his way over sliding into a stop in front of me like some cartoon character. I asked him if he was the franchise owner or the manager and he indicated he was the manager on duty. I asked for the franchise owners name and was told Fernando. I asked for the last name and was told “S”. I questioned the last name and was told “I really don’t know his name.” Was handed a menu that supposedly had the franchise owners name, it did not. Expressed My displeasure with the la k of curbside delivery and was told “it didn’t ring.”!I explained that I pulled up in front pressed the I’m here button on my phone and turned on my hazards.
The guy that came in and started answering the phone started to engage me as I was leaving and I told him my beef wasn’t with him it was with Bill the manager. He stated he was also part of the management team so I responded that my beef wasn’t with then with him as well. His parting comment was “I wish you luck, you won’t get anywhere with him either. “ pretty sure he was referring to Fernando S. This is not an appropriate response for customer service.
Will try to track down this Fernando S. person and Corporate will be called first thing...

We have two young girls one who uses a power wheelchair and a rambunctious 3 year so it’s a perfect on the go option for quick easy meals on a Friday night. However my last experience was awful and probably will be my last…on this occasion I waited at the window for 10 minutes without even seeing an employee. During this time I knocked on the window twice and got no service and called the store twice. Once it rang without an answer the other I was put on hold immediately for several minutes. When the employee finally picked up I said I am at the window and have been waiting for 10 minutes for service and he told me that the front was busy and that the window was last priority and hung up on me! I was furious and decided to go inside and ask who I spoke to on the phone and it turns out it was the manger on duty. He continued to make orders behind the counter and said the only thing he could for my inconvenience/lack of service was recook my food if it was cold but that it would take 45 minutes! I told him to keep the pizza and instead asked for my money back. He said fine but it would take 48-72 hours to show up on my statements. I told him I’m not leaving without proof of the refund. Only after this did he even stop making food and actually give me his full attention. Unfortunately because of this inconvenience I was late coming home and since this was our only dinner plans I regretfully just told him to give me the food which was equally as awful as the service because by the time it was all said and done my food had been out of the oven for over half an hour. Read moreSunday night 7/30/2023 I ordered a large pepperoni pizza over the phone. It said 10-22 minutes. I waited 30 min because Sunday nights are a little busy. I pull up to the drive thru waited 10 minutes no one came to the window. I parked walked in and the guy said oh we haven’t started your order it will be another 20-25 minutes. I waited the time and that was a mistake should have just left. I walk in and there was a cooked large cheese pizza sitting on the counter out in the open. Not covered or under heat. Waited a couple minutes and the guy went to the large cheese pizza and said oh forgot the pepperoni. Heated up a couple pepperonis and placed them on my pizza with his fingers that he just took money with without washing his hands. Boxes it up and says your total is 18 and change. I replied that’s my pizza? “Yeah” the one that’s been sitting out that’s now cold? The one you just heated up a few pepperonis and placed on my pizza? You didn’t even wash your hands. He replied if I make you another one it will be about a half hour!! Are you kidding me. I’m never going back there. I totally understand busy. I understand people make mistakes.
