SERVICE was completely HORRIBLE. If there was a option to give zero stars I would. drive thru took about 40 minutes with just 2 cars ahead of me. When I finally got to the drive thru window I asked the gentleman how many people they had working, he said only 3 and he has already spoken to management about hiring more people, however I dont think that is true because we went a month before and got the same service. The Reuben sandwich had little meat and very soggy. The chicken sandwich was loaded with mayonnaise. There was no marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. It is clean and a open floor plan. Allows you to see the workers prepare and make orders. Good fast food for the huge variety of foods and products. Only downside is they sometimes run a skeleton crew. For those who don't know its the bare minimum of employees needed for a shift. But skilled workers push it to they're limits. Having a extra person to expidite would have raised my fast food rating to ta solid 5 service. However it is fast food and they're are surrounded by the Corp giants of burgers. Although their curly fries are delicious, you will most likely have to wait for them to be cooked. The roast beef sandwiches were great when they first opened but lately they have been skimping on them (particularly the lower priced ones) and the roast beef looks/tastes old, dried out, past the hold time. The brisket sandwiches are inconsistently made (amount of meat will vary) and for the price, it should be constant and I always say no cheese/no Gouda yet they don't seem to take the request seriously.
