I have ordered carry-out from there twice and both times they have messed up the order in one way or another. The 2nd time, I checked the order before I left and the guy up front took the burger back to the cook to let him know he made it wrong (no cheese) and the cook argued that the ticket didn't say that so he wasn't remaking it; the guy up front had to stress that the ticket did say "no cheese" and that the customer was waiting for it. It took longer for the replacement burger to be made than it originally took for a burger, onion rings, chicken strip basket and Blizzard to be made, as if the cook was punishing me for him having to correct his mistake. By the time I finally reached my car, the other food was cold but I was not about to go back and wait even longer. Had I seen someone who stood out as a manager or supervisor, I would have spoken to him or her. Read moreFood was good but the restaurant was extremely cold. It was a very warm and humid day causing anyone outdoors to perspire. Coming into such a cold room was very uncomfortable. Since the restaurant was busy the crew probably was quite comfortable. We ended up leaving the restaurant before we finished our meal and ate the rest in the car. The temperature difference was so extreme that our glasses fogged up as soon as we stepped outside. We stop here often and haven't had this experience. One last thing. Because the restaurant was busy the young lady waiting on customers was struggling. The manager was not very kind as she 'helped' her through a difficult order. Even a little more kindness would have gone a long way to help the young lady learn to do a better job. She continued to be courteous and take care of business but it was not difficult to see her stress. Even small compliments from us brightened her face. Why is it so difficult to treat employees with respect and boost morale? More management training in this are is needed...
Read moreI have kept trying to give this location a try, but they keep failing to deliver good results. They're slow, have poor customer service, and the ice cream products don't hold up to other locations. That's assuming they even get the order right.
This most recent time I did order by app and ended up waiting 20 minutes past the time the app said. The ice cream for my daughter was already melting (inside in the air conditioning) before she got it. My blizzard was actually 3/4 vanilla ice cream with some M&M toppings (completely forgot to add the chocolate chip cookie dough I requested).
They switched up the cheese on my wife and I's sandwiches so she got pepper jack (which she hates) and I got a white cheddar or something.
And that experience is pretty standard anytime we got there.
Overall, this is a really poor location and I wouldn't recommend...
