Although I know covid 19 is happening, this facility is extremely rude. Never was I told that there was no gravy for the chicken strip dinner. I ordered 2 gravy. Order was brought out, I was told the gravy were in the bag. While backing up food was being checked and an item was not correct. Then discovered the missing gravy. When I pressed the button I was greated by a rude person who told me they were out and preserved to speak over me. He fixed my missing order but hung up. I would have really enjoyed some dipping sauce with my food. After returning home. I discovered half my chicken was missing. So I was over charged for chicken and gravy I never received. Due to the level of busy the store i waant able to get through to talk to someone. Then. I call the store the next day. Get told to call them back because there busy. Well im a customer I shouldn't have to wait to talk to someone once again. I i told the person they needed to contact me back. I then gave my name and proceeded to ask the women her name but was left in silence because she hung up. It cost us 30 to 50 dollars to order food for the whole family. Read moreSomething always broken and it takes them months to fix, even over a year. There’s a menu board that has been broken for a long time. You don’t realize it’s broken until you park and then there’s a scribbled piece of paper that says “cash only”. Parking lot has so much damage. It was fixed some time back, before it was fixed there were giant pot holes that were there for years. When a menu board gets damaged the manager just wraps caution tape around it and leaves there for months. Not sure that the pavement is ever cleaned. When I go to other Sonics I see someone cleaning the food and drink off the pavement, I never see that at this one and you can tell. I’ve heard the manager talking to the staff a couple times and he was not nice or professional. The staff are super nice, they go out of their way and some remember my name. Several are local kids trying to get through school. Even though I’m not fond of this location overall, I visit because the staff are great. Read moreI ordered two foot long "chili" cheese coney (hotdogs) and an order of fries to take home. Neither coney had enough chili to cover half of the hotdog and they were barely warm. The fries were cold and chewy as if they were sitting out for awhile although this was at 6:30 p.m., prime dinner time.
I tried to call the restaurant but they didn't answer the phone. After 20 rings it disconnected, not even voice mail. I called the national customer service number. They took my complaint, said it would be forwarded to the restaurant and I should expect a phone call from the manager.
Two days later I still haven't heard from anyone. I tried to call the local number and again it went unanswered.
I wouldn't go here again if the food was free.

I called the number as suggested. I went thru the same routine as I did when I called the national customer service as described above. I went thru the same routine, was told they would send the same message to the restaurant and was offered a buy one get one free. More...
