The kid who waited in us was fine. Half the pizza was great. The other half riddled with onions and we explicitly said half with beef and cheese only. Because it was for the two grandkids that were with me. Anyone know any little kids that eat pizza with onions? Then if they could remake a piece of smaller, because obviously half of a piece of correct, they said no they would have to take the entire piece back remake the entire thing so we would be sitting inside their restaurant which was extremely hot. Forget another 20 minutes waiting for another pizza assuming that it only took 20 minutes since they were getting a lot of drive-through orders by that time. So when we arrive at 7 PM, not one customer in the store or in the parking lot that shouldâve been a red flag itâs unbelievable that they want to take the entire pizza back and they only offer a five dollar discount which who wants a discount when I have two kids that are sitting there as they cannot eat because their pizza is riddles and I mean riddles and with onions. I told them I didnât want their discount I wanted a correct pizza but either way would have been stuck waiting in the heat. My granddaughter said âThis is why I like PapaJohns. They never mess up the orderâ. Lol! Well you might think âwell they offered to replace the pizza⌠It made no sense for them to take the pizza back and remove the entire thing when half was correct and Karaâs being eaten by the adults. So we took the pizza and left and now we will be taking the kids to get something else they can eat. They could have taken the incorrect pizza and offered to make a couple of pan pizzas even. They are quick. But no. Smh. I said to the sever.. That explains with they have...
Read moreToday I ordered online around 1:35pm a total order of $93.54 plus $4 for delivery fee when I tried to pay with my card i was having issues so i decided to press pay cash to call the store and pay over the phone. When I called the person tried and said that my card didn't go thru so I told her I will go pick it up because I didn't have another card to make the payment...A little after I called back to give her my husband card number and the payment went thru...So I kept waiting for the pizza is now like 3:00pm and when I decided to call back to check how much longer was going to take the person on the phone has me talk to the store manager which by the way doesn't know anything about managing a business, He said that once a delivery was change to carry out, this one couldn't be changed back to a delivery again so I said is there anyways you can just charge me the difference since I don't have a way of going to pick it up he said no I can't do that because what about if then other people will call and do the same thing, I was like so you rather lose everything I have other instead of charging me the difference for the delivery he was like yes I rather do that...worse customer service ever.I will rather take my business...
Read moreFor the first decade I lived in Gardner, I ordered from here at least once or twice per month. Slowly PH in general started changing their recipes. I still kept giving them chances, just not as often, perhaps once or twice per year. However, not only was the food changing (different dough recipe, cheese tastes different, etc.), when one orders "light cheese", one does not expect to not be able to see sausage because the layer of cheese is so thick. I've had them come with more cheese than the regular pizza. Or they will assume it needs extra sauce because it has less cheese and the result is a soggy mess. I used to order bread sticks with no cheese/no seasoning -- plain. They would ALWAYS come with seasoning regardless of how I stressed it when I ordered. (I loved the previous bread sticks PH had. I would sometimes order a small order as lunch. But then they "improved" them.) Forget about asking for plates, napkins or hot pepper/cheese because that will confuse them. They added Wing Street and brownies and cookies and whatever else and now seem to be too busy dealing with all the new stuff to care about pizza anymore. There are too many pizza places in Gardner now for them to act like they are still the sole...
