UPDATE: I spoke to someone claiming to be the general manager (funny, because the manager I spoke to yesterday said they dont have a general manager) and he said that since they are a KFC/Taco Bell it is different for them. He also said someome has hacked their website putting on these fake ways to get coupons and they cant take them down. Yep...I don't believe him just like I don't believe the manager I spoke to last night saying there is no general manager.
How can a KFC not honor coupons they send out to me via the KFC FAN CLUB???? That's just stupid...what is the point of signing up for things you can't have access to? So I called to get the phone number of a general manager or the owner and get "we don't have a general manager" and "we can't give out phone numbers to the owner or corporate office". You know, all of us hate our jobs some times and I have worked fast food in the past too, but not helping a customer AT ALL is ridiculous. I wasn't being pissy when they refused my coupon in drive thru, I didn't waist their time trying to argue with them, I just pulled out so they could continue business with the other people behind me and called them. This jerk of a manager said there was no higher management than him I could call to complain. He finally said his manager will be in tomorrow (which I don't believe, no higher up managers come in on Sundays). This KFC in Garnder SUCKS! I have used these online coupons at several locations around Johnson County and never have been told that they are not acceptable. Read moreHonestly this is easy. Worst Taco Bell probably anywhere. I ordered a Three piece meal with a beefy frito burrito. It took 10 minutes for 2 cars ahead of me and I see why. When I got my order, I checked to make sure I got the Chicken i wanted. I got 2 pieces. Okay. Mistakes happen. I got halfway home, gettin hungry i checked for the burrito. Nope. Was not there. Frustrated i went to speak to the manager. I got to the counter and there was a woman ahead of me who asked a young man to speak to the manager. The manager took her time coming over and she addressed the womans complaint, who had mashed potatoes overflowing in her hands bc the containers (2) broke. Then she addressed me and said, "Oh yeah, we forgot your burrito." Thanks. Finally i got my burrito. I took a bite and took two gulps of my baja drink and i dont exaggerate. 2 gulps. Read moreThis Kentaco Hut is perhaps the worst I've ever dealt with, and that is a somewhat lofty accomplishment. We have had several issues with this location, but my wife's experience tonight earns them a well-deserved terrible review. She went to grab us dinner, and this store in classic fashion chose to not give us all of the items we paid for, because they have a storied legacy of that, so why would they?
She returned to complain of the missing items, and also to mention that her dinner was ice cold by this point because she had to deal with their incompetence. Her complaints were met with the apathy normally reserved for government bureaucrats wasting taxpayer dollars.
As a result, we are resolved to NEVER patronize this vendor again, and to be absolutely certain to tell EVERYONE we interact with, in both personal and professional circles, how absolutely awful this...
