Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Gardner

Ordered 3 drinks and 3 cinnamon rolls. Didn't get my whole order despite being told "have a good day" as if it was done by 2 workers. I asked is that my whole order? Both of them said yes. I drove all the way home to find that they did not give me my whole order. I called the number listed 3 times just now and it was rejected or stopped. There are currently 6 people in there working. This was at 8:15am on Thurs, Sept 19th. I could have spent my $35 anywhere else. There is a reason I have been avoiding Scooters. It used to be a 10! But the last time I went they also messed up my drink, as well as over charged me for a drink I didn't ask for. Then acted ridiculous that I wanted my cash refund back rather than letting them hand write my name on some note saying they owe me a free drink. I will never ever go back after this. Wish I could give this place one star. I have gone here, to multiple different locations, for an iced americano with cream. Simply the easiest drink one could order from a coffee place, yet they manage to mess it up every time. I have spent a lot of money reteying them, but every time, my coffee tastes horrible. One time, I was given literal coffee water. (coffee so watered down it's basically water). The other times, my coffee has been delivered with a citric acid burnt taste, likely from the coffee machine being cleaned and not fully rinsed. I cannot stomach the taste. I taste no actual coffee. I am very disappointed with this, as I have wasted a lot of money. I have driven back multiple times to request a refund, or a remake, only to be disappointed when I receive the exact same issue. Just came here to get coffees and some smoothies for our kids and went to park after going through the drive through to enjoy our drinks. We had barely stopped the car when an employment came out and told us we couldn't park there because of the air show happening? I have no idea what that has to do with us. We were paying customers out on a Saturday with our family and we were told to leave. They had about 10+ empty parking spaces with signs that said no air show parking.
