Everything about this establishment is terrible from the managers to the cooks. I’m gonna start off with the cook it seems as if he needs help back there especially when they are busy. The cook is a little bit older as you can tell so he needs a little assistance when it gets busy because he’s kinda slow making sandwiches but instead of the managers and other employees helping him they begin to yell at him and degrade him while he is still struggling to make the sandwiches, sometimes the sandwiches can be cold or old but instead remaking them they serve the older sandwiches to customers. but that’s enough on the cooks now on too the managers. The female general manager there is very rude and classless she has no control over her own store and she never knows what’s going on they also seem very understaffed as well. Let’s not get started on how she talks to her employees and cooks in front of customers she seems very unprofessional for a general manager and her store is a mess. I’ve read many of these reviews and their all complaining about the same thing I’m complaining about whoever is in charge of all the Arby’s in this area needs to get it together because what I saw at this Arby’s yesterday was an absolute mess and one more thing they would do much better if they hire more people there is no way managers should be taking orders, packing and running outside at the same time I promise won’t...

I tried the curly fries first and after the second one it tasted like someone had grabbed the last bag of frozen fries from the back of the freezer before they went bad and deep fried them with a plastic spoon. Opened my burger and the bottom of the bun was ice cold. Took a bite and it tasted bland, I can tell when a burger has pickles in it cause I always take them off and I couldn’t even taste them in there because I forgot to ask them to take them out. I was gonna leave a 2 star because the staff was nice or at least the girl that worked there. But the more I wrote down about the quality of the food and how badly cooked it was I ended up changing it to a one star. Went to the manager to ask her for a refund and she said I had to call in the morning because they don’t offer refunds at their location??? Told her about the fries and the girl working there agreed the food was nasty and then the manager told me “well the fries are fresh!” I responded and told her I was forcing myself to try and like them but it was making me sick by the third curly fry. I only took one bite of the burger, finished the chocolate shake and mozzarella sticks. The Dr Pepper is Dr Pepper so you can’t really mess that up. I ordered a ruben combo and 2 beef and cheddar which were overly expensive. 1hen I got home they had given me a turkey and Swiss instead of a ruben I was pretty upset because I don't like turkey and Swiss but already drove 15 min home. So i tried to call the store and they kept directing the call straight to voicemail after a few rings. I called TEN TIMES and they never answered. I was so frustrated because all around the service was terrible and I couldn't even get ahold of them to fix the problem. Also I used to work at an Arbys and they didn't put near the amount of meet they should of on my beef and cheddars.
