I am so highly pissed. I went today to get food for me and my co-workers. I get there and only the Drive-thru was open. But there was 2 guys (my understanding from them THEY ARE BROTHER'S) working and that's usually how many are there, and the doors are open. I go through the drive-thru and when I get to the window one of the guys was ringing up my order, but the other guy came and took over. So when I paid and got my receipt, I was looking to see if he gave me the discount. The sign was posted by the drive-thru, The sign said: Buy any combo and get the second one for 1/2 off. I had 3 combos. 2 fish combos and 1 chicken combo. I have gotten that deal before, No Problem. But when I asked the guy at the window who took my money, his answer was " You only get that deal if you ask for it". Like WHO does that. I then told him to let me get 6 extra rolls and a family jalapeño, he said that'll be $6.00. I said it should be Free since I didn't get the discount he said I can't do that, but he took my money and stuck it in his pocket not in the register. Read moreI visited this location today receipt says 4:46pm. I was redeeming a Groupon. The young lady at the Drive thru said I will need your phone to get the code and mark it redeemed. I told her NO I wasn't giving her my cellphone but I would read off the redemption code to her. She proceeded to ask my name. gave her my name. I asked her did she need the code she replied NO whatever she did provided her information. I mark redeem she says I need to see it. At this point I getting agitated. Some other young lady comes to the window she needs your phone. We need the code and to see if you pushed redeem. So she's on the phone with someone saying you heard what she said. I ordered 2 fillet fish okra and sweet tea. Now the fish is so hard, the okra is dark brown and hard, the hush puppies are burnt. My new was unsweetened but marked sweet on my receipt. When you have an issue with your customer giving them hard burnt food should not be how you resolve it. Read moreSo this is the second time I have order a family size meal, the #20 to be exact, only to have half of the 2 dozen rolls I ordered to be overdone and dry. If it was just the rolls I'd understand, sadly it isn't. For the second time in a row, with over 6months sense the last time I visited, the chicken strips have been the most disgustingly tasteless, seasonless, salt free, plane Jane strips I've ever seen. The first time this happened we had purchased it via grub hub and we're so hungry we didn't realize till 1/4 were gone. However the moment I took a bite into this batch you could instantly tell there was zero flavor. I will be heading back to the store to try and get a refund. Having been to many chicken express sites throughout my life, I can 100% say this is the worst one to date. Then we have the cheese sticks that I ordered.
