I was in the store about 10 mins waiting at the grocery counter to buy a gallon of milk. After watching mulitple employees preparing drinks and shakes and food at the front counters filling drive through orders, I finally walked over and asked if I could pay for a gallon of milk. A very nice lady commented that she had not seen us, and commended my beautiful non-verbal daughter on her glittery house slippers. Although we were easily visible, because the store had less than 5 people inside, no one out of their 6 or 7 employees had noticed us. Paid for the milk, took my daughter to the restroom, and once more went to the front counter, where we waited again to order my daughter a Chocolate shake. Again we waited while at least 4 employees walked directly past us without greeting us, smiling or asking if we had ordered, as if they never noticed we were there. After about 10 mins one of the girls working the counter asked what we wanted. We arrived at Braums between 8:40 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. It was 9:10 before we left with what we planned to get before coming here. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever gotten at a Braums, and I drive out of my way to get here. I have complained about one other store in OK for the same reason, extreme slowness, and poor customer relations, but no one ever contacts me to address the problems with Braums. That's really sad! As I stood looking down at the counter before ordering, there was dried chocolate ice cream or sauce that had not been cleaned. Read moreI visited the restaurant on May 23, 2024 about 5:30 pm. I stood at the counter 5-7 minutes and although 6 staff members were there, no one greeted me. I was 1 of 2 people waiting to be acknowledged but nothing happened. I watched as the staff played and joked with each other with no regards to the customers.
Finally, a staff member approached me, I assumed she was a lead due to her different color apron (it was green). She just stood at the registered without saying anything. I assumed she was prepared to take my order so I did just that. I ordered my food in a courteous manner.
I received my food: salad and a small fry. I sat down to eat and upon opening my salad, I noticed mold on my blueberries. I went back to the counter and presented the salad to the staff member I assume to be a lead. She saw exactly what I saw, ask me if I wanted something else or a refund. I asked for a refund and she asked if I had my receipt 😳.
I realize it’s not her fault the blueberries had mold on them. As a Braums employee, she and her staff were responsible for contributing to a customer focused atmosphere, showing a bit of empathy for the condition of the food served to me, being courteous and making her customers feel welcomed.
I am pro customer service regardless if I’m spending $3 or $50. I am prepared to pay for services rendered and in return, I simply ask for a courtesy and professionalism when visiting a place of business.
I will never visit this location again despite it being close to my home. Customers deserve better and I refused to spend my hard earned money that allows their staff to be so...
Read moreNormally they have good Hamburgers and Shakes. But last night when I went in and ordered TWO Burgers to go, and took them home, they were horrible!!!!
It tasted like the Patty had been in a warmer for hours even though their Bags say "Hot & Fresh". All of the items of tomatoes, pickles, and onion was in one pile vs being spread around (liked someone cared) on the bun which was half on and half off. We ate them as we were hungry and had already put up the car.
Afterwards I called and spoke to Manager Ashley who was very nice. She asked for the Order # from the Receipt of which I gave her; and she said to come back in now or I could have them in the future. I was willing to chalk this up as just a bad night for burgers, and get a replacement sometime later.
Well today my wife commented that she still would like to have a nice hamburger so I called back thinking they would appreciate if I got this off their 'books' quickly. Spoke to the manager on duty who said that Ashley had only written ONE down, but she would call Ashley and confirm it was TWO, and I should call back in 5 minutes. I waited and called back and this new 'on duty' manager said that the 'New' rules were I had to bring back the burgers with the receipt.
