The Easter service today was horrible! The young Hispanic girl was so rude. When placing my order, I gave her my phone to scan bc my money is loaded on my app and she says "we don't have a scanner here " . I told her I use the scanner all the time at this location. She's like " yeah, at the drive thru" . I was a walk up window customer today bc we wanted donuts and I wanted to see what flavors they have. I asked her if she can ring me up at the drive thru register. She's like "yeah, I guess I can" . We felt the sassy attitude from the start! I told her I wanted assorted mix for my dozen, before I get ready to tell her what I wanted she proceeded to grab 2 frosted donut and put it in the box. I said no I don't want those. She gives me an attitude, you said assorted! Yes. I did but they always ask which ones I want. We asked her to add 1 more pump of French vanilla to my husband coffee and she poured the remaining syrup into his cup making it super sweet now. We just left. She's the rudest. Every other employee at this location is wonderful, friendly, professional, and positive, including the manager, who always treats customers with respect. But Leena has consistently been rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen.
Two days ago, I told her the drink she gave me wasn’t mine. I order the same thing every day and I know what it tastes like. She cut me off and said, “It is what it is.” When I tried to explain again, she simply said, “You can take this or move forward.” No apology, no effort to make it right. I ended up trashing the drink right in front of her, and she still didn’t care.

Read moreI just ordered two coffees and dinner for my family through Uber Eats. Our first driver arrived at Dunkin Donuts just for them to tell her they don't have our food. Then, a new driver took our order and they said the same thing. He called Uber, corrected the Dunkin Donuts, and brought us our food. When we opened our food, we found this establishment robbed us of $13.00 worth of croissants that were suppose to be for my toddlers. 😑😑😑 Our coffees were supposed to be hot, they weren't. Our food was barely even warm. They even charged me for 8 slices of overpriced bacon, but only gave me 4 and cut them in halves. And they messed up one 1 of the ONLY 2 donuts we ordered. I am absolutely unsatisfied and moreso, livid that I was robbed of $13 and food that was supposed to feed my kids. NEVER ordering from here again. Go to ANY OTHER DUNKIN.
