El Calamar Mariscos & Tacos — Restaurant in Garland

Stopped here tonight on a whim and although service was fast I was disappointed by the caldo de marisco I received. The price is $19 which I would happily pay any other time and place but this was made with imitation crab, rubbery octopus, and metallic tasting fish. I ate the bread it came with and when the waitress asked if everything was fine at the end I expressed my issues and that I couldn't eat my meal. My problem was I asked for water, the waitress brought me a bottled water, I told her I just wanted a glass of water and she told me, NO, just bottled water. So i had her take the bottled water back.
