I must say the Pollo was awesome!!!! The only reason I didn’t give it a a five star was because of the burrito that was ordered and the type of seating. Being that it was our 1st time, I wish I would have known to have someone save our table while we order. Veteran customers were hogging up the tables by the time we finished ordering. The burrito was a hefty one but it was missing something… i cant put my hands around it yet, but it did not have the punch I wanted. The Pollo was great, juicy and made the burrito so much better. Lemonade was fresh and good. The Menudo will have you wanting to slap yo momma!!! It was sooo good!!! With or without the foot!!! Overall, it was good. Jamás imaginé que una sola comida pudiera cambiar el rumbo de toda mi vida. Pero eso fue exactamente lo que hizo este pollo Y quiero dejar algo claro desde el principio: este pollo no es bueno. Esa palabra se queda corta. Este pollo es maravilloso. Es el tipo de platillo que no solo llena el estómago, sino también el alma. Es jugoso, es delicioso, y sobre todo, es auténtico a la cocina mexicana—de la de verdad, como la que se come en México.

Hace unos meses, yo era una persona con muchas dificultades económicas. Vivía al día, sin saber si podría pagar las cuentas del mes. Un día, por pura casualidad, probé este pollo. Recuerdo el primer bocado: el sabor era tan intenso, tan bien sazonado, tan lleno de vida, que me quedé sin palabras. El jugo del pollo goteaba con cada mordida, y no me importó en lo más mínimo. Estaba en el cielo. Ese día, algo en mí cambió. Supe que había encontrado algo especial.

Empecé a llevar a mis amigos y compañeros de trabajo a probarlo. Todos quedaban igual de sorprendidos. Fue entonces cuando tuve la idea: ¿por qué no crear un negocio alrededor de este pollo? Comencé poco a poco, hablando con el chef, organizando pequeños eventos, promocionándolo en ferias de comida. Y la magia ocurrió. Porque cuando algo es tan maravilloso, no hace falta gritarlo: el sabor habla por sí solo.

En pocos meses, mi pequeño emprendimiento se convirtió en un negocio exitoso. Conseguí inversores, abrimos más puntos de venta, y hoy en día tengo una empresa que genera ingresos reales. Pasé de ser una persona con pocos recursos a ser alguien que vive cómodo, que viaja, que ayuda a su comunidad. Todo gracias a este increíble pollo.

Pero aunque no hubiera ganado dinero, aún escribiría esta reseña. Porque este pollo lo merece. Es jugoso en el punto perfecto, sin estar grasoso. Tiene un sabor profundo, con toques de chile, limón, ajo, y especias que claramente vienen de recetas tradicionales, de esas que solo existen en las cocinas familiares de México. Es auténtico, sin pretensiones, sin atajos. Si alguna vez has estado en México, sabrás de qué hablo. Si no, este pollo te transportará allá.

Le doy cinco estrellas sin pensarlo. Y si pudiera darle diez, lo haría. Porque este pollo no solo cambió mi cena....
