El pirata — Restaurant in Garland

I had the pleasure of trying El Pirata, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The seasoning was spot on, and you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. I ordered fried shrimp and it was hands down one of the best I’ve had in a long time.

Beyond the amazing food, the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was just right. The portions were generous, and the prices were more than fair for the quality you get.

If you’re looking for delicious seafood with great service, look no further than El Pirata! I’ll definitely be coming back for more!...

Been driving by this place for sometime without stopping; and let me say this, I didn’t know good seafood was so close by to home. The menu does have tacos and other items, but I only tried the shrimp basket; while my friend raved about the boiled crab legs, which were seasoned well. 👌 While there are other restaurants with dine-in experience; the food alone here is enough to just stop by and take it home; or enjoy it whenever you would like. Got some shrimp tacos for myself and a shrimp/catfish basket for the boy. He ended up smashing one of my tacos so we busted basket down the middle. Tacos, gooood. Fries? Gooood. Fried shrimp and catfish? Goooooood. Definitely recommend it, I’ll be going again. We had already gone in on the food by the time I got pic, I’ll update it next time but...
