Went through the drive through, ordered the wicked wings combo and lotta zing sauce and the seasoning (I know they charge so I made sure to add it when ordering). A lady took my order and said it would be 10 minutes for wings, ok cool. Drove around younger guy took my payment and said for me to pull around to the front and heād bring my order out. After watching several other people drive up, get their order and leave I noticed it had now been almost 30 minutes and nothing. I go inside and asked are the wings done , different guy at the front says yes. I told him I had been waiting my food for food for nearly 30 minutes after being told 10, so someone mustāve forgot. He asks for my receipt and proceeds to put my order together, asking what all I got, slides the tray across the counter to me and says alright, as the top flys open. I then ask for the sauces I requested and assumed I had paid for since I added it when I ordered. He acted like he barely wanted to give that, then says, āoh itās not on here.ā I said well Iām not sure why not just as Iām still not sure why I was waiting nearly 30 minutes outside, and I donāt know because not one person in that place, acknowledged it. The lady, who was clearly the manager, didnāt feel the need to say anything. Everyone just looking at me as though it was nothing. I placed an order in the lobby at 2:58 pm order number 237 and when I walked in there was not even a word spoken to me. I stood at the register waiting to be acknowledged and the young lady Walnisha just looked at me and didnāt even say hi or be with you in a sec. Nothing. I thought about leaving but I spent a lot of energy trying to get on the parking lot because it was during school letting out and here were kids everywhere so I stayed.
