Faith in humanity has taken another step in the wrong direction today. I went to the N Garland/Buckingham location today. Went to the drive thru and ordered a fish sandwich with a drink, no fries. By the time I got to the window I realized I had forgotten my wallet at home. I told the cashier that I had a pic of my license and debit card. He said they can punch it in manually, as he was doing so a lady I assume was the assistant manager walked up and was very nice but told the cashier to wait then another lady whom I assume was THE manager walked up and asked what was going on. We told her and she looked at me and said “no we can’t do that”. I said ok, no problem I have $3 in quarters can you cover the rest until tomorrow or maybe you have a coupon that I can use. I’ve frequented this location at least 200 times, conservatively speaking. She said “no I’m sorry.” So I said “ ma’am I know for a fact if a McDonald’s rep was here that they would push this thru for a guy who’s bought 1000 Big Macs in his life”. Her response, nothing, she closed the window and walked away. I was in shock. I run two car dealerships and defer down payments for customers who need help all of the time. And I’m not talking 3 or 4 bucks, I’m talking $1000-$2000 sometimes. I left to go get my wallet and 45 mins later got to work. Thanks for not caring Mcdonalds I love Mcadees but I don’t think I can consciously ever go to this location again. When we as a society put dollars before humans, that’s it. Disgusted and...
Read moreThis place needs to train the employees BETTER. I went to get breakfast for my son and me got home and only one Big Breakfast was in the bag. Had to drive all the way back and the girl at the drive thru window Acted as if she didn't understand what I was saying. I said they messed up my order and I needed for them to make my whole order again. She said not the drinks I said MY WHOLE ORDER NEEDS TO BE REDONE. I drove all the way home and I am not drinking watered down drinks. Again she said not the drinks and said to pull to the second window. I did and the manager came to the window and asked for the bag with an attitude. And was talking to me in Spanish and I said that they needed to make my whole order I didn't want the same food cause it would be cold by the time I would get home to eat. She told the girl at that window again with an attitude to park me. I said I refuse to park I understood they would need to make my food again. And with in minutes they gave me my food and drinks. And was driving off and they were missing the hashbrown. So I stopped again and told them so they gave me a cold one. And there were 4 lady's just standing at the window looking with an attitude. And i get home and it really looked as if they halfed the egg in the one i had given them and they just added the rest. NEED TO BE TRAINED FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TO...
Read moreIf I could give them a o rating I would. This establishment is not uber friendly nor or they proffessional or logical. The lady insist that uber drivers MUST COME INTO THE STORE DESPITE ANY INJURIES, Circumstances or weather the driver may encounter. There logic is uber order take up waiting time in the drive thru?? If an order is Ready then its no waiting??? So give me the food???? Uber orders are ready as soon as they are accepted by the driver??? So that means that the driver can pull up as if placing an order and get the food that has already been PREPPED. I have reported this establishment for their inconvenience and illogical approach to uber consumers. People that preorder should be able to get their order thru the drive thru if it is quicker! They have to give out uber orders thru the drive thru when the diner closes. So there is no DIFFERENCE. Waiting is waiting?? Uber drivers don't consume wait times. The orders are premade! The manager was rude and lacked any bases for her judgment. It is not policy so why are they being so bias AGAINST uber participants?? I also saw know African Americans working in this establishment. May be why the manager was attempting to be so bias. But unyielding I sat in the drive thru until...
