I can make my own frames. Real wood frames are so much nicer than what you can get commercially. Plus, when you make them yourself, ANY size art can be framed. On the other hand, glass cutting and, to a lesser degree, matt cutting, are a bit more challenging (scary?). Enter Frame Destination to satisfy my frame completion needs and eliminate my fears of slicing myself trying to DIY glass cutting! Their custom cutting services (for both glass and matting) are trivial to use, the resultant product is of professionally quality, the prices are great, and their shipping is fast, fair, and clearly indicative of highly professional knowledge of their product. I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical about how a comparatively large piece of glass could make it from TX to IL in one piece. BRAVO! I have ordered many frames online, including from Frame Destination. The hardest part is having all the hardware to assemble the art inside the frame with the backing. After talking to Customer Service, they coached me how to order the frame so everything was all set up beforehand with the hardware and backing already installed before it is sent out. Oh my goodness it was a BREEZE to insert the artwork into the frame and be able to pop the backing right in place! It was all together in about 45 min but you could maybe do it in 30. The frame color, Pecan was PERFECT for my artwork, and that Pecan color would go with so many things! I would just encourage you all to have more frame choices in the Pecan color, I think this was the only frame type in Pecan but thankfully it worked out. Online frames can be tricky to assemble with all the moving parts and hardware, but Frame Destination THANK YOU for making it easy! I am going to order two more frames right away. I ordered frame and matting on July 2. Immediately received e-mail informing the order would be delayed by 2-3 weeks since frame was out of stock. After 3 weeks inquired via email about the status of my order. This is after leaving two phone messages with no reply. Was immediately advised that there would be another 1-2 weeks delay. At this time, asked if there were any frames in stock, and the one suggested was double the price. I then informed them I wanted to cancel my order.

Upon cancelling the order I was informed that it would take 5-7 days for the refund to be processed. After ten days, I emailed inquiring about status of refund. Was told the accounting department was handling it. Emailed back requesting name of person to contact in the accounting department. 2-3 days passed no reply. I then contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges.
