We visited on Saturday for the weekend special buffet, with beef paya as the main attraction. We arrived around 7:45 pm, and the buffet was supposed to run until 9:30 pm. They’re food is good but they’re customer service lacks a little. The last 2 times I ordered over the phone they would tell me a time span and then when I would get there. They would say I never put my order in. They lack in communication with each other. I was again told that I had never ordered after ordering over the phone and get a span of 20-25 mins over the phone only to be told I had never placed one. Visited Sher E Punjab today and ordered 2 mooli paratha, 1 Aloo Paratha, and 2 samosas. The lady at the register at first ignored me when I was trying to order. Once she finally took my order she informed me that it would take around 15-20 minutes. I visited at 5:46 and got my food at 6:17, I had to wait over 30 minutes to get my food.
