If I could give this place zero stars I would. Thai food is my absolute favorite food. This place is a poor excuse for Thai food. We ordered two different kinds of spring rolls. One set was great and fresh. They were exactly what I expected. The other set tasted old as if they had been premade and then refried. Two of us ordered the grilled chicken and substituted the rice for steamed vegetables which they charged us an extra $5 each for. The chicken looked like it had been killed 10 times over. It was crusty, rubbery, and cold on the inside. I’m not sure how it was cooked, but it definitely wasn’t grilled. It was absolutely disgusting and inedible. The vegetables weren’t worth the $5 they charged for them. I sent the food back, something I almost never do. I ordered the drunken noodles. They brought it to the table only a few minutes later. It had clearly been microwaved. Some of it was room temperature while other parts were blazing hot. The third person at our table ordered Pinang curry which was also clearly microwaved. Some parts of it were luke warm while other spots were boiling hot. The iced tea tasted old and dirty. I waited 30+ minutes for a refill on my ice water and never got it. When I asked for the check, the waitress stood there with the payment device while I scanned my card and entered the tip. $80 dollars for microwaved food is appalling. We went in just to try this place out with minimal expectations and were very pleased. We had the tumyum soup with tofu, carrots cabbage and other yummy herbs it was delicious and had a nice kick to to it. We also had the chicken deep fried potstickers for starters and my son gave them not one but 2 thumbs up! My husband and me had the lunch special. The lunch special included a small individual starter, I went with the veggie spring roll it was good and came with a sweet sauce and then for my entree I went with the pad thai and it was so yummy! It had what I believe were crumbled peanuts on the side when mixed it gave the entree a delicious nutty taste, I got the medium heat and it had a really good kick. My husband got the crab ragoos and the pineapple fried rice with chicken no spice and these were so yummy too. They are definitely worth a stop. We will definitely be back! I took a picture of the dish after i ate a little to leave a 5 star review since i got a good vibe from the beginning. At the end i saw a half roach or spider but couldnt believe it. I digged a little and unfortunately what i saw was correct. I put it on the napkin and i saw the leg and that was it for me. When i asked for extra protein i meant tofu not some bug for sure. I still dont think 1 star would be fair for it knowing they will check how did that happen but i dont think i will be going there anymore after this. Because im not even sure if i ate the other half of that thing or its still somewhere in the plate
