China Moon — Restaurant in Garner

The food wasn’t good at all. The only thing that was good was the crab rangoons, but they barely had any filling in them. The fried rice, general chicken, & sesame chicken all had this nasty weird taste to them. One of the ingredients must have been bad because I had never tasted anything like that before, it was foul. The fried rice is pretty much just overcooked sticky rice dumped into some oil. It wasn’t good, it didn’t taste like fried rice, and it was very mushy. The beef terriaki wasn’t bad, it was tender but unfortunately it also wasn’t good either. It was just bland, especially for $10 for 4 of them. They were tiny too. It was a miss for me. So unfortunate because I moved here over a year ago & have yet to find a single good tasting...

The quality of food has really taken a turn for the worse! Used to be our go to spot for over 10 years but the last 3 to 4 times have been horrible! General Tso's was undercooked, Sweet & Sour Chicken was soggy, Chicken and broccoli slimy, found a few "unknown" subtances in the dish ( thought maybe bone?), Egg Rolls have shrunk and are soggy. Last order (literally will be our LAST) the General Tso's had such a horrible odor, like dirty sponge. If we were not going out of town the next day, we would have returned it but ended up throwing the whole thing away! We order Chinese frequently and have changed our spot to the one across in the Harris Teeter parking lot. I really hope China Moon can one day make a come back but for now, we must say...

For a you know quick takeout Chinese Strip mall joint It's exactly what you expect they meet your expectations you know they're to the point they're sinked there's efficient and they give you a decent meal for a decent price and I say go for it. I honestly have not been disappointed and you know they haven't let me down at all and I just I like the people I like the place it's a great hole in the wall it's a great dive joint.
