I wanted to wait to leave a review until after a few months of living here to feel it out and then give my opinion to be fair. The move in process was easy, and mostly everything done online which was convenient because we were coming from Eastern North Carolina a 3 hour drive away. We moved in and signed our lease without even seeing the place because the reviews and photos were Soo good. Turns out we made a great choice. The apartment itself is spacious and beautiful. Love the crown molding and high ceilings. It is very clean and quiet you can never hear anything going on almost like a small home in the country honestly. Staff is friendly in the leasing office although you rarely have to deal with them since everything is done online and paying rent is a breeze it comes right out of my bank account with no hassle every month. Anything maintenance needing to be done is also done online fast and usually done within days. Rich the maintenance man has been in our unit a few times and is excellent and friendly along with all the other maintenance guys who sometimes give our little dog treats on their golf carts when we are out for doggie walks or potties breaks as they go by. Very dog friendly and the amenities are outstanding. We honestly can't wait for the outdoor amenities to open come the warmer weather with spring and summer this year right around the corner we moved in at the tail end of summer so we missed them unfortunately. Area is fantastic with shops and stores everywhere plus who doesn't love a Cosco and food Lion in walking distance. Downtown Garner and downtown Fuquay Varina offer great restaurants and shopping very close as well, downtown Raleigh is a 15 min drive away along with the airport just a few mins further, and the area is great being very kid friendly too. Only complaint I have is the valet trash. They NEVER come and office tries to relay when they aren't via email, but unfortunately I am pretty sure it is out of their control. They don't come Fridays and Saturdays but some days they don't come at all with no warning one day after another probably cancelling at the last minute which is poor business on their companies side of it not Mccullers fault. Half of the time we have to carry our trash or drive it all the way to their local dumpsters (we live on the third floor) which they do have on site which sucks but at least there is somewhere for our trash to go as one trash but we pay for it so maybe it will get better who knows. That being said it would be my only compliant definitely 5 stars for this place. We plan on living here for a long time very comfortable we love it! Thank you Mccullers for providing us with a clean, safe, fun and comfortable home. Definitely suggest living here. Happy New Year and hope everyone had a beautiful holiday season! Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had problems with millipedes for 3 months and no one was able to solve this problem until a wonderful young man named Randy, (who has been on maintenance staff for only 3 weeks) was able to come to my rescue! Bell Partners knew what they were doing when they hired him. In this day and age you donāt find many workers young or old that take pride in their work, or who feel itās except able to do bare minimum. That is not what I found with Randy. He is hard working, pleasant, respectful, knows his stuff and makes sure everything is done correctly including finding mistakes and fixing them. I felt he really cared about my frustration and listened. Taking the time to do job right I feel positive that my millipede problem may finally be solved and was assured that if it continued he would work at it until it was! All of the residents will benefit from his work ethic and hope that this is recognized by those above which I am positive it will be. Belll management has gone above and beyond to make life at McCullers Walk truly feel like home sweet home. Shout out to property manager Ashley Hawkins who showed such empathy and patience with my concerns and showed me that she was going to take care of this problem until it was solved. I also hope those over Ashley see her hard work for them and residents she represents. If anyone is looking for an apartment, I would not hesitate to recommend The Villages at McCullers Walk or any of the Bell properties. Her rude and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. For an example I heard Kelsey Mallah bad-mouthing the district manager to her coworker. I was applaud. I've enjoyed my living experience here and I had never had any bad experience prior to the new property manager Kelsey Mallah. Iām an advocate for excellent customer service as I go by the old saying ātreat people the way you want to be treatedā. It goes a long way and being In leadership it's a given and it's absolutely free.

For example, the manager Kelsey Mallah imposes limits on the activities of āhouse rulesā that interfere with the tenantās enjoyment of the property. Under the law, she can not establish arbitrary standards of behavior or enact any prohibition on everyday life activities.
