The restaurant is really cute and the waiter , , , he tried , , , he was the only one in the front of the store taking orders and bussing tables and running the register. There was a total of 15 customers and when orders where brought out not everybody that was seated together received there meals together. Don't know how many people where actually in the kitchen ( I know I saw three ) , but it makes no sense for a single table to have to wait 5 minutes apart for their meals. My family and I waited over an hour to receive our meals , 1 was a hamburger , another was a ground beef steak , a chicken alfredo and I myself had the chicken marsala on a bed of roasted vegetables. The hamburger was undercooked the ground beef steak (ordered well done) and the the chicken breast for the Marcella we're both Raw , the marsala sauce was totally tasteless and and the vegetables were totally overcooked and disintegrated on your fork. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS RESTAURANT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY!

And please before any trolls start saying stuff about the pandemic and how people are having a hard time and struggling to keep businesses open the young man told me that everybody was at work there was family so it's the...

Wanted to love this place, but... 1 waitress, 1 cook. Waited patiently knowing that. There was a party of 6 and party of 2 that had already ordered. We ordered and a couple seated behind us ordered at the same time. We waited over an hour to get our salad (nothing fancy or special). Waited an hour and 1/2 for entrees. Couple that ordered the same time as us finished their meal when we got our salad. Hubby had veal cordon blue. It was so overcooked there was no cheese left in it and it was so obviously overcooked (dark). Don't even know what the side was (some kind of potato I think) but it looked like reheated leftovers. I had a schnitzel in cream sauce. The meat was paper thin and probably 4 ounces. It was SWIMMING in sauce - was more like a soup. It was so salty it felt like I stuck my tongue in a salt jar. I will never go back...

Breakfast was really good and affordable so we decided to go back for supper and we were a little disappointed. Our breakfast waitress was very nice and we got a little bit of everything to try out, an omelet, a blueberry pancake, biscuits and gravy, a waffle, bacon, and home fries. All the breakfast food was tasty. At dinner our waitress was a little less friendly or maybe new... the chocolate milk they gave our children was soured but they offered to make some with fresh milk however we chose to just drink water after that. My daughter's chicken strips were a little greasy but she didn't mind, my son's cheeseburger was really good, you could tell the meat was really fresh, and my husband and I got rigatoni. The rigatoni was just ok, kinda bland and soupy, I would order it again, but I would go back and give dinner...

We have now been to Mino's II on two different occasions. This place is a hidden Gem in Garrett, Indiana. The menu is full of authentic German and Italian dishes. The owner (she is the cook too) is from Germany, and her father was Italian. My wife and I have only had the German dishes, and they were outstanding! A friend of ours had the chicken marsala and said it was very good. The service is excellent. Would highly recommend this restaurant! Both 6 we visited we sat in the beer garden. It is lovely and it's the perfect outdoor dining setting.

Very nice jägerschnitzel like Oma used to make. Be prepared to allow a little extra time for a hot, freshly made meal. I was allowed to substitute spaetzle for the potato kroketten and enjoyed these with a bit of the mushroom gravy from my jägerschnitzel. The server was friendly and efficient. I can’t wait to return to try the other German menu items.
