This is our only Chinese buffet around here. So this is the place I go when I want everything on the menu but don't want to pay 70 dollars on take out. I can never make up my mind on what I want to eat and I end up trying to convince people to split and share our food, but you don't have to do that here. You can taste a little bit of everything. The one thing I love about this place is that they have a sushi bar. And me not knowing anything about sushi, I can taste different things and check the label to remember which kind I like... I seem to gravitate towards the Philadelphia roll as a newbie. They also have a raw lo mein bar where you pick which veggies and meat for them to cook right in front of you. And a soup, dessert, salad and ice cream bar too! They have everything here! I tried my first crawdad here, loved it and ate a whole plate! The only thing that I didn't like happened the last time I went. My boyfriend got nauseous right before we were going in so he couldn't eat much at first. I took my time eating because I knew once he got something on his stomach he would be able to eat a little more because we couldnt take our food home. We were the last people left fifteen minutes before their closing time and literally the whole restaurant team, all ten of them gathered at the front door and were literally pacing back and forth, staring at us while we were finishing up! I felt completely embarrassed stood and rushed to take my last bites, while checking my phone for the time to see if I needed to apologize for holding them over. They were getting really aggravated that we had been there over an hour and were there fifteen minutes before closing. My waitress even came up and stood there without saying anything. Maybe if I would have explained to them that he got sick they wouldn't have been so mean, but I shouldn't have to I...
Read moreThis place has changed tremendously changed with the food taste, the macaroni has a overcooked dough taste to it, the meats are terrible, the lady at the salad bar had a very nasty attitude when I asked her about were something was, seem like she didn't care to tell me anything, the meatloaf was bland and there is no season on the green beans or anything else of that matter, y'all shouldn't mix this type of soul-like food with sushi or Chinese food because it's not up to par would be better to make it a all Chinese restaurant, because the fried chicken, meat loaf, corn, green beans all of that sort isn't cooked or tasted right, in the price for lunch shouldn't have went up because it definitely isn't worth that price, at least include the drinks with the lunch special in I think children 3 and under should get in free because there isn't a good selection for them to pick through other than pizza in that's even hard to eat on. I will not be returning until I see better reviews in some sort of change...
Read moreThis was the worst place I ever was! We asked a lady who came out how the food is and she said good. But it wasn’t. It’s way to dark inside and the people who are working there are just hanging on their phones and did not even look at me as I was standing in front of them. The waiters are walking around and “cleaning” something but don’t realize that we had a few dishes on the table and as we got asked how the food is we said it’s horrible and if they ever tried it. The lady called the manager and both lady’s were just smiling but I guess they didn’t understood what we said. They opened the shrimps in front of us to show us how good they are. No, if the shrimp is inside black it’s obviously not good anymore. Sushi tasted like 2 days old. We tried a few things but even our kids didn’t wanted to eat their fries. 10-15 min later we left that place and payed I guess 35$ or so for awe full food! If I could I would give...
