August 1st, 2019-8:23pm. Ordered three separate sandwiches from this particular franchise, of which I had delivered to our home via Postmates. When the sandwiches arrived, two of them were well done with the exception of missing the cheese, and that they were not toasted, nor did either have the Subway Vinaigrette requested as a sauce. The third sandwich (mine) was a Italian BMT, of which had three banana peppers on it as a whole (it was a foot long), had two on one and one on the other side. It also did not have the grated Parmesan I had asked to be added via the “seasoning” option. Upon calling and speaking with the manager on hand (Kira), she apologized and said she would speak with the owner about getting a credit for the Italian BMT in the very least as the other two sandwiches would be eaten regardless of what was missing as those two people didn’t want to wait for a new order or to go to the store as we had it deceived because we were on a project at the home. A few moments later Kira called me back after having said she spoke to the owner (Josh), and said he would credit me six(6) free cookies instead of replacing my sandwich.....I refused the offer and expressed as I had on the phone previously I would take video&photos and possibly bring the sand which in tomorrow (Friday, August 2nd) morning to physically let this gentleman see the fruits of his teams labor and receive hopefully a more satisfactory response. Let it be known I’ve ordered many times in store here at this particular location with no issue’s, but the one time I have to order it to be delivered, I’m met with an owner who cares it seems like more for his intake than his customers appreciation of continuing business with his particular store. I’m happy to edit and or remove what I feel is such a terrible way to have to leave an establishment with a review of bad business, but until we speak tomorrow, I don’t know what will happen. He even rang her up separately from me even though we were obviously together, all in a sad attempt to slip some more one-liners, leaving my fiancee feeling very uncomfortable. I was getting a giggle out of this depressing attempt to hit on my fiancee, but ultimately it was very disrespectful, as he was screwing up the line by not ringing us up together, leaving his "sandwich partner" to deal with the horde of customers waiting on service. The other guy was becoming visibly upset as if he has to deal with this on a day-to-day basis. As a former employee of Subway myself, this was by far the most awkward, hilarious, and disrespectful journeys to the most bottom of the barrel sandwich places in town. Go to jimmy johns, firehouse subs, or maybe throw fire ants and cat excretions in your face, as any of these options are superior to choosing...
Read moreI have NEVER been treated so poorly. Owner would not match the price advertised on the Subway app and stated, I quote, "only thing I am concerned with is profitability." As a local business owner, I was appalled, and my children and I left without purchasing. He also stated that he wished he never participated in the app promotion because he loses $3 profit per sandwich. He now lost a customer who used to spend $40 per week over $3. How's that for profitability?! We will NEVER be back and neither will my friends in the community (and I know a lot of people in the school district via PTO). We used to go there once a week and purchase for my family of six. We will now drive to Subway on New Hope Rd because there is no way I would give this rude man my money.
