1 because I can’t give a 0. One thing I don’t play it’s with my food and my break. Communication is “key” in any business, but in this one the cashier was not paying attention to details, no communication and put my food in someone else bag. Why the review? #1 covid still a thing and my food went through 4 different hands before getting to me, #2 because not paying attention to details can cost the business a lot. At least she was still inside the building, but the scene would have been different if she had not been there because that would have been a loss and a responsibility to make the meal again for me and think about how many times it has happened and will continue to happen if they don’t pay attention to details and the food, at the end of the day it's a loss for the busines. I would have been someone else, I didn't take the food and ask for a new one. By paying attention to what was happening and what they were putting in the bags, everything would have been avoided. In situations like this one takes responsibility and action and NOBODY did anything since I was the person who mentioned what happened since nobody was paying attention. I ended up waiting more than 15mins, my food was put in someone else's bag and nobody noticed, they give me my food after having passed through 4 different hands, the food is cold, I asked for napkins they say nothing and they did not give it to me either , things that are so simple…The level of frustration is enough that I literally will not return for the simple fact that no one did anything to provide a better experience and take responsibility...
Read moreThe teenagers that work here in the afternoons and/or second shift are very RUDE and unprofessional. I don’t live too far from this location, so I usually order online using the Subway app and pick up my sandwich(es). Lately, my online orders have been thrown together, made incorrectly, poor quality of veggies etc. Clearly these teenagers don’t care. If customer service doesn’t come with it, I don’t want it. I ORDER A COMBO ! I’ve grown to be a regular and I’m sure these employees have noticed that when my ticket is printed with my name on it from the online order ticket printer. I guess if you want the overall Subway experience you have to come in, clear your throat, stomp your feet, whip your hair back and forth & jump one one foot and maybe someone will come to your aid. I was disgusted when I saw the employee acknowledge that I needed help and instead warmed cookies up, rolled her eyes and took them to the back to be douvered. Train them on sandwich prep and also customer service. A round of applause for the young lady who saw that I was a customer in distress and provided my cookies free of charge. Thank you young lady.
