The Grill at Medical Center Pharmacy — Restaurant in Gastonia

As a first time and potentially lifetime customer I was shocked at service I didn’t receive.. I stopped by the drug store to pick up some prescriptions and decided I’ll give this little spot a try .. I’m standing at the register over looking the menu, the server was nice and seemed eager to provide good customer service ,she made me aware they close at 2 I said ok and proceeded to overlook the menu. The place was packed with guests so I’m thinking this food has to be good! I’m ready to place my order and was then told I could only get cold sandwich’s being the grill is off .. this is 14 minutes before you said you are closing! That unprofessional action cost not only your business money but the Togo service as well…two easily prepared Togo sandwiches has damaged your reputation that quickly! Will you suffer because of it? Maybe not but the potential to gain more business from the word of mouth amongst the many food service managers and employees down to the internet will definitely be a small stain on your reputation.. thank you for not providing the service you are in business to provide which is...

Most of the times that we have eaten there, the servers obviously could care less. They kinda all huddle together behind the counter and talk to each other! Great breakfast spot for breakfast on Styrofoam plates with plastic forks. Nothing fancy here but that's part of the charm. They do serve livermush but don't get it crispy without overcooking it.
