Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Gautier

Dominos is a good place to eat at but I wouldn't recommend working there as a driver because the general manager and most of his family works there and the majority like 88 percent of the time he will give all of the good runs to his relatives to deliver who work there and he will skip over other drivers who have came back first from another delivery first and he gives them a bad delivery to go to and they won't get tipped a thing. and he will give the good ones to his daughters or sons and they end up getting $6.00-$15.00 tips per delivery and the drivers who aren't related to him who go out on deliveries end up getting only either no tip or $2.00 tips per run.This Dominos Pizza is full on hardcore for nepotism and it will backfire on them someday just as it has other jobs before with similar nepotism, and Dominos pizza gautier is the King of all nepotism in the world seriously..This is why I quit working there after almost 2 months.This is why I hate republicans who are General managers or assistant managers at jobs all they do is lie.They keep most of all the good stuff for themselves 99.5 percent and give all of the other people...

I just received my online order and was missing a pizza when I called the store to report the missing pizza I was told it would be another 20 minutes & a free 2 liter until it arrived. I declined that offer and asked for my refund. I was told he would not refund my money but credit me a coupon to my account. That is completely unacceptable. When a customer pays for an item we expect to receive that item. If not I should not have to settle for a $20 coupon to use on my next visit. I expect to receive the money credited to my card. I did not pay in coupons therefore do not want that in place of my money! If he is not in the position to fix that issue he should have immediately said that and put me on the phone with the manager. After the way I was spoke to on the phone by the employee I will NEVER order pizza again. When I declined his offer and ask for his. name I was hung up on! I order pizza frequently from this location. Spending well over $50 This particular order just cost me $90 and I will not accept a coupon for the main dish(pizza) for our dinner that did not arrive. We’ve lived in Gautier for about 3 years and have ordered so often that some of the employees started remembering our names. 😂 I’ve loved Dominos since I was a kid and love to see that the company and the restaurant's only get better over the years. We’ve had so many drivers I couldn’t tell you all of their names but Andrew has been a common one, he’s awesome, and Edmund, who on a recent order my spouse forgot to tip so he went to the store to drop it off directly to him and he was so kind and understanding! The fact that he didn’t think we were tipping and still provided us great service was so kind of him.

We also had a delivery driver one time that our dog had ran outside when we opened the door, I can’t remember her name but she was so kind. She helped us get our dog back inside.
