Hardee’s — Restaurant in Gautier

This place is a joke. I love Hardee's and these employees are killing this business. I understand passing time, laughing and having a good time at work but when it's time to work it's time to work.The last 3 times i have been to this location the employees are laughing and playing so much i have to constantly repeat my order, i had to drive up to the window because it got to the point of repeating it so much and she just wasn't listening, got the order wrong, takes forever to get out. About a month ago at this location i had an employee pull me up in the drive thru. After waiting 10 mins for my food and the person behind me gets their food i decide to go in and find out where my burger and fries were and why the car behind me got their food already. Girl says "your gonna cuss me out aren't you? Please don't cuss me out" she has the nerve to tell me they got their food before me because they were on a timer. Extremely unprofessional would not even allow somebody to get an order in, and every time I ask for something it was always immediately coming back to me with “anything else?” Please allow somebody to get their order in and then say that will be all. She would hand me my things and I would say “thank you” No, you’re welcome or anything. Very unprofessional really especially with myself working in human resources. Never offered condiments. My napkins were smashed together into a ball. The manager that asked me if I was just waiting on my drink was very nice but as somebody who is in management, you would think that you would tell somebody you know wait until somebody gets done ordering. Don’t immediately say is that all is that all. If you don’t wanna work on customer service or with customers of all different backgrounds, then don’t.

Where do I start..? My husband and I stopped thru the drive thru and ordered us and our son some food. Well after she hands us the wrong drinks 2 times, we had to pull up and wait on our food and 15 mins later when our food comes out, my fries were old and cold, and my husband ordered a specialty sandwich that he told the cashier 3 times no bacon, so of course, it comes out with bacon. My husband gets sick if he eats pork, and he was going to just take it off but the cheese was melted all into the bacon so he took it back inside where the cashier asked him, could she just take the bacon off and when he explained the situation she acted like we were bothering her. The lobby looked as if it hadn't been cleaned since lunch, food and trash everywhere. According to the cashier, she and the cook were the only two people in the store.
