Sweet Tooth Bakery — Restaurant in Gautier

A beautiful and sweet southern belle , with plenty of southern hospitality . Called on way out of town , in a bind , with my family empty handed on our way to a family reunion . We needed to bring something worthy of the call , didn’t want to show up with something low effort and mediocre like a cheese plate or frozen cake from Walmart deli. Even on short notice they whipped up some gourmet cupcakes and had some lemon gooey pecan squares they sold me ,and fixed me up some of the best coffee I’ve had in the short few minutes I waited while they whipped it up. They put it in a nice box for good presentation too . I ordered a 6” smash cake for a 1 year old. It was simple white to pink ombré icing with a gold rim on top. I specifically asked if she was able to make this cake & sent a photo of EXACTLY what I needed &she said yes, she could. At pickup, no gold rim. She put a piece of yellow/orange colored fondant around the top. When I got home, I took the cake out of the box & it was so unlevel & the icing wasn’t even close to being smooth. I called and she had every excuse in the book, no apology, no offer to remake it, or give us a store credit, nothing. I wish I had a way to post photos. Absolutely terrible service! Called to have a cake priced and the lady told me that she didn’t have time to price a cake cause she has a bunch of customers and is by herself and told me she didn’t know what I was talking about and to just come in the bakery.
