We will not be ordering from Tulunes Living The Dream Bar & Grill any more in the future. My fiance called to order us the cajun shrimp entrees which the picture of the entree menu on facebook from both the 12/8 and 12/30/20 posts by Tulunes clearly show that it comes with a side salad and 2 additional sides. The girl who was taking the order said it doesn't come with any additional sides. My fiance then explained to her that their entree menu on their facebook page from both these dates advertise that it includes a salad and 2 additional sides. She was supposed to check facebook and then after a few minutes she came back on the phone and simply said "no there are no sides" to my fiance. At that point my fiance told her to forget about it and hung up. I then proceed to call back to speak with a manager myself and explained the situation and instead of getting an apology and acknowledgment that their menu does indeed advertise it as coming with 2 additional sides, the manager started to become very defensive and argumentative with me. He gave me the excuse that "nowhere in the history of restaurants do pasta dishes ever come with additional sides"..uhh hello that is what your menu from your facebook posts on 12/8 and 12/30/20 says!! He also proceeded to make excuses about the menu and that someone else makes their menu etc.. at no point did the manager ever apologize and acknowledge that their menu had a mistake and that he was sorry for the false advertisement. I would have gladly still placed an order with them had the manager been more courteous and apoligize to me instead of making excuses and being defensive and argumentative. Needless to say, because of this poor experience with the manager, Tulunes will not be getting another dime of my money in the future. This will be a loss for them because my fiance and I spend a considerable amount of money ordering from their restaurant. Their food is always very good, however, the customer experience is equally important as the food. Having been a retail manager myself in the past, I am going to offer this manager some constructive criticism when interacting with customers: 1. Take ownership of mistakes whether that be yours personally or the ones of the company you are representing 2. Be empathetic, courteous and apologize, but even more so if the mistake lies on your end 3. Do something to turn the negative experience into a positive experience. Even if the customer was disappointed in what you have to say, they will always remember you for how you handled that particular situation and that will likely determine whether or not they will continue to be a customer of yours in the future. I hope the owners of Tulune's takes the time to read this post and that they fix their entree menu from their 12/8 and 12/30 posts on facebook so that they don't continue to falsely advertise and mislead their customers.

Definitely not living the dream with this place. Absolutely terrible service!! We got our food quick enough but waited 45 minutes for our check. The place was not even busy so I'm not sure where our server was for so long. The food was average...Will not be going back that's for sure!

Living the Dream Bar & Grill Flat out ridiculous!!! I called at 4:30 and they told me 30-45min for my order to be ready for pickup. I got there after work at 6:00 and I still waited 20 minutes. They said we’re preparing it now and backed up on orders. There were 5 people waiting for there orders ahead of me that just placed there order. Mine was placed an 1hr 1/2 before. Doesn’t matter they lied! Said 30-45 min at 4:30!!!! And it’s now 6:20. Ridiculous bad service. They said just preparing it now....

My husband and I decided to give it a try for an early supper. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Very clean establishment. I got a burger in was good but my husband got wings and fries and both were fantastic and different from other places. I ate more of his than I ate of my own. I definitely recommend if you are looking for something a little different with a hometown atmosphere. We both agree we will...
