This has been my go-to McDonald's for the past decade. The service is normally good, and I regularly will place orders through the mobile app for pick up at this location.
So with all this in mind imagine my shock after pulling in tonight after placing a mobile order and waiting at the drive-thru for 10 minutes with nobody going to the speaker only to be told, there's no food in the restaurant and they can't complete my order (the sign in the window saying "No Negotiations" was a cute little touch). Now I understand that there are delivery issues sometimes and so I asked what am I supposed to do since I paid through the app and I was told there is nothing they can do about, I had to cancel through the app and that it was what it was.
So looking back into the app I noticed that they say to call the store to have them cancel the order (the app doesn't let you cancel orders, likely to prevent loss of product). So I called the store and was repeatedly told they can't do anything, they have no way to pull up those orders and It'll have to call my card company and put a dispute on the charge.
After leaving and going to the Taco Bell down the road I noticed the order cancelled on the app, meaning someone there COULD have cancelled it, but didn't want to. Driving past the McDonald's on my way home I saw at least 10 cars STILL waiting in the drive thru with no one even putting a sign up at the speaker to tell people the place was closed.

To the rudeness AND disrespect of the workers (only a couple exceptions to those who have a smile and are curteous because there are a few good workers) to the waiting forever for your food (there's a pokestop there so might as well use it while you wait) and when and IF you get your food correctly it tastes like it's been sitting on the counter forever and is not cooked! Completely ridiculous on their part. I should not have to be afraid of telling them they forgot to give me the 2 breakfast sandwiches I bought and only received the hashbrowns. I noticed at the window because it felt light so i waited and she opened the window and said "can i help you maam?!!" To then i responded "im so sorry i just noticed i dont have my breakfast sandwiches that come with the meal... i just wanted those before i left.." To then receive a rude comment followed with eye rolling and shoved the food in my hand before slamming the window shut storming away. How childish. Then tonight my husband and I came through to get some food and the workers were screaming at each other (fighting? Playing? I don't know.) We wait for a while because the register guy was too busy yelling to even give us our receipt for our mobile order... we get our food and this food is inedible. Tastes like dirt and like it was sitting on the counter for hours. This mcdonalds is 3 minutes away from my house and I would MUCH rather go to another city than ever have to deal with this place....

I went to pick it up and a worker was outside and said the system was down and they were closing, I told him I just placed a mobile order and he told me to go to the 1st window, I do so and this extremely rude manager on duty tries to aggressively tell me to keep going with her hand movements, I wait until she decides to open the window to explain what happened, I'd like to get a refund of course, she tells me they have nothing to do with mobile ordering and that I need to contact the number on the mobile app. I leave, get home and do exactly that, they tell me the McDonald's you placed your order with is responsible. So, I call nobody answers, I give it a few minutes and try again, she answers with an attitude, I explain she just spoke with me and told her what I was told. She screams at me!!! I had to kindly ask her to just listen to what I was going to ask, I understood that because they don't have access to do refunds at the moment if she could just write my name and contact info in their "replacement book" so I could pick it up another day, she tells me NO! Has an extremely rude manor and is extremely unprofessional at this point and hangs up on me. Also ignores in future calls from me. She wouldn't give me her name. Anyone know an older woman who is a night manager at this McDonald's? I have a plan of action for tomorrow and will see to it she has just a bad of a night as she just caused me...
