Los Ranchitos of Geneseo — Restaurant in Geneseo

I have been there many times and i have always had good service but last night my wife ,granddaughter and I stopped in, we recieved chips and salsa. I asked for some queso dip which they brought out. We than sat there for approximately 15 minutes or longer, nobody came to ask us if we wanted any kind of a drink or if we were ready to order. They really weren't that busy. Two other couples walked in shortly after us, they recieved drinks and chips and they took there orders. So I left 5$ on the table (which I shouldnt have)and we left. I guess 3 people at a booth aren't as important as 6 people sitting at a table next to us.That is not ok!!!! Probably...

Stopped there for lunch on a Saturday. My order was quite good but my 10 and 12 year old not so. My 12 year old order Kraft macaroni and my 10 year old corn dog. The macaroni was one small bowl and the corn dog was overly cooked and hard. I told the waitress about it. She informed me that's how they are cooked. The shock was when I got the bill. My meal that consisted of three good size items was $6.85. the kids were $7.25 each. I complained again about the overly cooked corn dog. She finally removed it from the bill. Not very kid friendly, the Mac and cheese bowl was about a forth of a box. I ended up sharing my meal...

Food has gone down hill. Young man there was very nice. But there was a charge on my bill I asked about and the guy said it was 100%. I asked 100% of what? He just kept repeating 100%. I felt like he was doing the I'm an American and dont understand as he kept repeating 100%. I was getting no where with an answer with this guy. They used to have really good food and that has changed as well. I heard there might be a new Mexican place that might open up in the area. I really hope so. I don't plan on returning as I feel I'm getting ripped off money with the 100% and not really good food to boot. Go somewhere...
