Went in to get mani/pedis as a family. The young lady who did my sons seemed to do well and be pleasant as well as the one who did my mothers. My water was ice cold, my toes were not done- just painted subpar by a woman who either hates her job or having a terrible day. Zero customer service and by far the worst pedicure I’ve had. Waste of money and time. I declined manicures after seeing the work on my toes. Warm towel was not even heated, no massage-don’t waste your money or time. My feet were in the cold water a total of 3 minutes- before water was drained. I even told the gal if she didn’t want to do my pedicure I’d wait for someone else. I had an appointment for 12:30 and arrived 15 minutes early. I was acknowledged at the door, and then was ignored for 45 minutes. People coming in after me were serviced very quickly and acknowledged immediately, and I felt very passed over. This occurred almost 5 times within the hour that I was waiting. I spoke up a few times to see what was going on, and they kept saying it would be a few more minutes. A few more minutes never came and I ended up leaving very unsatisfied. Will not be returning if that is how business...
