Been going here for years. I am in my late 40s, a mother, wife, work full-time... Not just due to covid but even prior to covid the store is really going down hill with service, stocked shelves, crowded isles from stock and people.
Maybe this large chain really needs to consider building walls to make separate stores for groceries, toiletries, auto, clothing, toys etc...to help eliminate the super crowded places. It's just too large anymore.
Add more check out people please. Lines are always long...unless late at night.
Please open both doors again to go in and out and stop with the Exit only and Enter only doors.
Clean clean clean all the bathrooms better and regularly please.
Pay your employees better and give them a ton of praise and rewards to boost their morals and then to help boost the customers morals and experience.
Add paper bags please. Try to redesign the plastic bags to be more earth...

Read moreToday I visited this store just to stock up on some basics and I saw a lady employee stocking beer cases. She had a service dog, a black lab type. There was no one else on the aisle and I didn't mean to be nosy so I didn't stare, you know? But I couldn't help but see that when the dog tried to lay down for a second, the woman rather violently yanked him up onto his feet, sort of hissing at him. The dog put its tail between its legs and stood, looking kinda sad. Seemed like the service the dog provides to the employee is to serve as her punching bag.
