Charlie Fox's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Geneva Township

As a cross country truck driver on my 4th career and in semi retirement I always have thought I was low maintenance. On the road I’ve realized that is not so. Expectations have seldom met favorably with reality. I was stuck waiting for a load and due to scheduling issues and truck driver laws. I was in the boonies waiting on a load and had not eaten. I googled food near by. Usually in the past I see what’s available and soon into the process lose my appetite. Not true this day. I found CFP. I read the menu and actually got hungrier. I ordered. Pizza sandwich and salad. I was promised a memorable experience with a seasoned delivery driver. What I got was an epic experience. The pizza was multi-level flavorful and the sandwich and salad showed incredible care in processing. The salad was off the hook. The dressing was just how many times I had hoped and faced realities of envelopes. It was on the side in a cup. The office chics will dig them. They are fresh and crisp. Everything was there carefully packed and ready to eat. The silverware was strong and functional. I highly recommend the double thick crust pizza . The box was a work of art I might be able to drive my truck over (maybe not). But certainly stronger than most. The driver made sure everything was good before he left. And was 20 mins earlier than the estimate.He was in fact a true experience enhancer. A real Professional. Not your usual burn out stoner I usually get from other joints. Charlie’s got the best pizza in Geneva for sure, possibly the best in Illinois - Chicago. They sell big delicious slices with melty cheese that pulls real well, crust that chews perfectly, delicious sauce I think is hard to compare, and what tastes like premium meats. Ordered via phone for curbside pickup. I’ve had pizza from the St Charles location but let me tell you this Geneva location is the best hands down. Over abundant use of ingredients in the perfect way, ordered thin (not extreme thin) crust. I usually don’t eat the crust but it was soooo good I ate every piece on my plate.
