Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Geneva

I DON'T UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE COMPLAINTS ON HERE. WE HAVE BEEN TO THIS LOCATION OF BASKIN-ROBBINS FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD GREAT SERVICE WITH A SMILE. SURE SOMETIMES A BUSINESS WILL HIRE A PERSON THAT WILL GIVE BAD SERVICE BUT THOSE EMPLOYEES DON'T USUALLY LAST LONG, BUT YOU CAN'T JUDGE THE WHOLE BUSINESS BY A ONCE IN A WHILE FLOP. LIKE I SAID, MY WIFE AND I HAVE ALWAYS HAD GREAT SERVICE AND ON OUR MOST RECENT VISIT, A YOUNG MAN NAMED JUSTIN TOOK CARE OF US AND WE HAVE TO GIVE HIM AN EXTRA SHOUT OUT FOR EXCELLENT SERVICE. HE IS SO PERSONABLE, HELPFUL, PATIENT AND DELIGHTFUL. THANK YOU JUSTIN, WE WILL BRING THE GRANDKIDS BY AND HOPE...

You know their ice cream is great but they clearly don't want your business. I don't know how they think that an ice cream place closing at 4pm on a weekend is smart- let alone as early as 2pm some days. Only people who are high would get icecream at 6am- I get it they're attached to dunkin but what's the point if not even a student can get ice cream unless they want it early on a weekend. This is why Whip n dip gets all of the customers- this place isn't even open half the time. I mean their flavors are good tho- too bad I can't get a scoop because they're too busy prioritizing...

Terrible. Went there and there were no waffle cones. Next time the person who made the waffle cone had broke it all the way down the middle so ice cream was dripping out everywhere, didn't even give a cup to put it in. It was a mess. Next time drive-thru was blocked off so you couldn't go through but the lobby has been closed since covid so you couldn't get in at all, yet the sign said open. This time was told they couldn't serve ice cream right now because of staffing.??? What? Worst...
