Went to get my mother and myself dinner. Ordered two chicken pot pies after sitting in the Drive-Thru line for over 12 minutes with only two cars in front of me. After placing my order and sitting there for almost 2 minutes waiting for a response they informed me that they only had one pot pie left and it would be 25 minutes wait for the next one! It was only 5:30!!!!! I was not happy because this is the third time in the last 2 months that this has happened. The last time I said I would wait the 25 minutes and it took 40 minutes!!!! So then I ordered two pieces of chicken and mashed potatoes for my mother and took the pot pie home. I used my sales receipt to contact KFC regional offices. They told me they sent a message to the manager and and they would be contacting me very quickly and gave me a ticket number. IT NEVER HAPPENED!!! I GUESS THEY JUST BLEW ME OFF the other issue I had with the chicken pot pie... There was only one small piece of chicken in the entire pie it should have been a potato pot pie!!! We were the third car in the drive through and sat in the line for over 30 minutes before our order was ever taken. There were also no lights outside, we used a flashlight to see the menu. We were told at the drive through it’d be a 5 min wait for popcorn chicken. After getting our food and one wrong drink we were once again told it’d be another few minutes on popcorn chicken. While waiting at the window another customer walked up asking for a refund for their order which got a little intense and ended with an employee shouting curse words out the window, very unprofessional. Was another 20 minutes before they decided to give us chicken tenders instead because the deep frier oil was cold. However, when we went through the drive-thru, they were confused about whether they had given us the correct amount of food and, when they gave us the food, they told us to check the food to make sure we had gotten everything. They also completely forgot to give us our drinks and then asked us why we were still sitting at the window 5 minutes later. Turned out that they did mess up several things in the order, but we were already halfway home at that point and didn't have time to turn back around. Something that we all noticed while waiting for our food was the whole kitchen/food prep areas were dirty and, in closer areas, we could see dirt and grime caked on to the counters.
