Burrito house and TAQUERIA — Restaurant in Gentry

The food here is great! It’s really unfortunate that the customer service is so bad. They are either working the girl behind the counter too hard, or she really doesn’t want to be there. I realize this is probably a family business but she’s bringing the business down. I gauantee you if they found another front of the house person who was happy and treated people correctly they’d have more repeat business. This establishment should also be giving out receipts. When I asked for one I got an eye roll and a sigh. How can we check our order if we do not have a receipt? The computer was not turned around for me to check. This is probably the 7th or 8th time we’ve eaten here and every time I say “maybe she’s just had a bad day.” This will now be the last time...

So I've eaten here twice. Once to go & once inside. I think the food was OK. I had a smothered burrito both times. When I dined in, I wasn't aware of the setup. If I go to a restaurant I want to be waited on. I want someone else to refill my drink & I for darn sure want someone else to clear my table. I ordered a quesadilla. It had nothing but cheese. I've never had one without peppers & onions. My fault for not looking into ingredients better. I think there are too many choices in my area to give this place another try. I've been here twice on the way to delivering to the Walmart DC in Bentonville. My first order was to go, the food was delicious, service was not very friendly at all. My most recent visit I ate in before heading there. Food was just as delicious, that chimachanga was amazing, received excellent friendly service this time thru. I'll definitely be back to eat there every time I'm coming thru. If ya got some experience in the 18 wheels you'll find a place to stop for a bit and grab an awesome lunch here.
