⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Fantastic First Visit!

I stopped by Ember Mountain Coffee Company for the first time on the morning of July 5th and had a great experience. Kellsey took my order and was incredibly helpful—she asked what I liked and offered suggestions that felt thoughtful and genuine, not pushy at all. Thanks to her, I ended up with a beautiful, delicious iced drink that hit the spot!

I also asked if I could get a medium drink in a large cup for extra ice, and she was more than happy to accommodate. The barista at the pickup window (I wish I’d gotten her name!) was equally friendly, and my drink looked like a work of art. It’s clear they care about both quality and service.

I don’t remember what I paid but I remember being pleasantly surprised at the value.

I’ll definitely be back for another coffee the next time...

I know coffee places have a lot of competition, especially with the big chain monsters, but this place truly can compete with the best of them. Their drinks are always well made, unique, & delicious (try the Confident Blackberry- iced! A favorite of mine!). Their staff is also always super kind, personable, & quick. I don’t even care if staff is kind or personable (it’s a job, I get it) but they truly hire some really genuinely nice people. They’re also always nice to my dog so automatic 150 life points to them!...

Destiny is an amazing barista! She’s always friendly, welcoming, and makes every drink with care. Whether you need a quick coffee to start your day or want to try something new, she’s got great recommendations and a warm personality that makes every visit enjoyable. You can tell she loves what she does, and it really shows in both her service and the quality of the drinks.
