Jim’s Razorback Pizza — Restaurant in Gentry

My family ordered a thin crust pizza from jims razorback in gentry. Our crust was not thin but of regular/thick width. I called to ask about the crust issue and the owner, I'm assuming, is who I spoke with. He told me that this batch of thin crust was all coming out thick and he didn't know why. I was waiting for him to apologize and/or give us a free pizza when they have a "new batch in" but he only said, "Well I could offer to make you a new pizza but the crust will come out the same so that doesn't really help." And that's it. There was no "I'm sorry about that" or "let's get you a pizza voucher for when we have new dough in", etc. If you don't care about your customers or care about keeping them and are unwilling to apologize when it's your business then my family will choose not to support you. Usually I would give this place a four or five star they are usually always on top of things and the food is always on point however stopped in today and picked up a large grilled chicken salad and a small pepperoni pizza the pizza hardly had any cheese on it and my salad which I ordered an extra ranch only came with the normal ranch they put in with salad not to mention it was hardly any cheese on my salad I don't know if it was because they were short on cheese today at the restaurant but that's what was going on with my food today totally disappointed with what I got from this location like I said I have been going to this location since day one and it has always been top-notch until today I don't know what's going on but was very disappointed hopefully things pick back up and it gets...

The salad bar ranch dressing has very little taste. I asked the women at the counter about the ranch dressing they purchase. One employee very proudly said the reason it is so awesome is because they make it themselves. I said it has very little taste, and based on my experience with ranch dressing at many restaurants, your dressing is really poor. The employee changed the subject and offered me thousand island dressing. There was no interest in making an improvement to the ranch dressing.
