Very good ice cream. Only giving two stars because they are very understaffed for summer. I hope those girls make 25 per hour. No air conditioning. Very sticky nasty restaurant. No management. So hope this helps. They often run out of things. They need a manager to allow one the girls to stop helping the 30 customers and go clean the tables and bathrooms. I give the girls that work there 5 stars. Very friendly. Not being rude. But they need help. Period. Will change my review when that changes. In the winter I would have gave them 5. Not now at all. This is a business review not a service review. Poor service due to very long waits and they had no milkshakes...

The Gtown location is every bit as fabulous as the flagship store in Frankfort! There is a wonderful ice cream selection, polite staff, and the store is very clean. The lines are sometimes long, but IMO it's worth the wait for the quality of both the ice cream and the service. There was a quirk with the credit card machine. Turns out it was a nationwide outage and not something Hoggy's had any control over; but I was disappointed to see how nasty some customers behaved over it. Despite that? The staff stayed professional and did their best to assist every guest. I would give this ice cream shop a 10/10 and will definitely recommend...

I definitely plan to stop here again to try a few other things off the menu. I was treated to a brownie sundae recently and it was absolutely amazing. The ice cream was good, fairly standard vanilla, but the brownie was absolutely incredible. it was warm, big, and chewy with a tiny bit of crunch to it, by far the best brownie I've had in a good while. The sundae was good sized too. I was a bit skeptical of the prices at first, but it was absolutely worth it by far. Reasonably priced, delicious, and located at a great spot downtown. Definitely stop in if you're in the area, it's a great treat for these upcoming...
