Paleteria Y Neveria Litzy's — Restaurant in Georgetown

Not very clean, slow bad service, and after a ridiculously long wait, which included their taking new orders and passing them out to customers who came in AFTER me, I was finally handed an “ice cream” shake that had mostly melted and awful. Never going back. In the small sitting area to the left of where you order, I had a direct view of a bathroom door that stood open to a small eating space the entire time I was there standing and waiting for my shake. Not a pleasant or “appetizing” place to sit and “enjoy” substandard “ice cream” before it melts—because guess what?—IT WAS ACTUALLY SERVED MELTED by the time it is handed to you! I guess Jarrell raves about this place because it’s the only ice cream shop in town? Or maybe it’s just the ambiance of getting to eat “ice cream” in clear view...

I traveled all the way from Killeen because my little girl loves their ice cream. Called to see what time they’re open, no answer. Decided to drive there anyway and the sign said they were open at 11 AM. Waited till 11:20am and they still didn’t open. No sign or anything. Decided to go shopping and come back. Still not open.

If you folks are trying to build a customer base, you should probably be a little bit more loyal to your customers. Right now, you people are not...

Always a wait. Service is nice. Only tried paletas, ice creams and drinks which are good. Stopped in for a coconut drink. Picked up a few paletas on my most recent visit. Unlike the Georgetown location the fruit drinks are not premade and ready to sale. More selection of drinks at Georgetown location compared to the Jarrell location. Hours are posted but they open and close when they want. After this happened once, I called ahead of time but they...
