𝙐𝙥𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙚 (1/16/2024)- It seems the management has made changes and the store's workers are doing better at their jobs. There's a new guy in the Cafe area- "C", who came from another Wawa in Delaware. He does an excellent job (see pictures). There's also a worker who is always working hard and is so upbeat. He will make you love the place. Give that man a raise. I raised my stars for those two especially.
I have come here a few times and every time I go to get a drink from the Cafe, it is HORRIBLE! I went in the last time, trying to give the workers another chance, but they messed up even worse. I ordered a simple caramel latte and my son a mocha caramel latte,both iced. Both were horrible and my son's iced latte was hot. I went to tell the manager that I want my money back and she said, "We usually do not give refunds. This is like McDonald's. If you order something and don't like it you have to keep it.". Went to pay at the self check out with google pay and the machine would not accept my payment I waited to get help no one came so I went to the register. The gentleman there was nice when the food order wouldn't scan he asked manager for help and she refused to walk over to help but ignorantly told him I deleted my own order and that I would have to walkover to the kiosk and order it again. The man at the register asked if she could help him rering it for me to keep me from waiting more and she said no she didn't have time. So apparently management in this wawa does not have time to help their customers out when their equipment is not working properly. Read moreWent into Wawa today and the African American lady that was working the front register literally sickened my stomach by how rude and disrespectful she was to the people who did not understand nor speak English . The man didn’t even understand how rude she was being and making fun of him . He was trying to pay for gas on two pumps and because he said the pump number in Spanish she became rude .
