It's about as normal as other parking lots with Walmart there. People will approach you wanting money with an excuse why they need it. A few genuinely need the money, but most want it for other reasons. One guy bought steaks with his food stamps ( what he told me anyway ), wanting me to give him money for it. At least he was honest and said he wanted to go to the liquor store. Another man asked for money for food. I said I would go in Walmart and buy him a sub if that was the case.
