While waiting for our to go order a family of 4 walked in and approached the counter, the girl looked at the family and stated "sir you do realize we close in 10 minutes " the family said the website states 8 pm...the girl behind the counter said the sign beside the door says 730....the girl was extremely rude to the family which was in acceptable....what happened to good customer service...the family even stated that they would take a to go order...the girl behind the counter continued to sit up on the counter where she was sitting beside the register when the family came in........i was offended by her tone of voice and I was simply waiting for my order...the family will most likely not return to your establishment...i probably wouldn't either had I been treated that way....(black girl with glasses was...

This is one of those old staples about town that is hanging on because "How good everyone remembers" them to be. They're still a great burger joint, don't get me wrong, just nothing extraordinary. And as stated in other reviews... Sssllloooowwwwww... Typical burger shack fare... BLTs, onion rings, tater tots, grilled cheese, & etc. Not terribly pricey, pretty dated decor, but clean. If you're on this side of town and want a not fast food chain greasy good burger give it a try. If you are looking for the "Cheeseburger from Paradise" on some type of artisan bread with exotic aioli, egg, avocado or special cheeses... this may...

The food was good and the ladies up front taking orders are nice. The people in the back are very rude though. After our meal we ordered tator tots to go, and after 15 minutes I asked how much longer it would be. The response from the back was, "we are busy, I will get to it when I can, she will just have to wait." After waiting again I simply told the lady at the register to give me my money back. She then told the people in the back and they said, "well, whatever give her the money back." The rudeness of the cooks to not only me but their fellow employees was ridiculous. Will not be back to the Fort...
