My son needed his haircut before school started so I took him here his hair was long. Like Justin Bieber in 2011 long. Norma asked what we'd like to have done. I asked her to keep it short on the sides and long on top so that his hair would go to one side and be above his eyes. She starts with the sides and then butchered the top. She did it so fast there was no time for me to say stop. The damage had been done. The line up on his neck was cut uneven and she hit his sideburns at the top of his ear. Who does that?! My son was very vocal about how AWFUL the cut was, IT WAS. what can you say, the truth straight out of the mouth of a 7 year old. And she swat him with her towel for saying it. Very unprofessional.
