First I called multiple times to put my order in and someone kept hanging the phone up, but once I got inside the store the phone rang and she answered with no problem. I came in and ordered an All Day Special, #2 to be exact, asked the lady at the register if I could get shrimp instead of chicken fried rice she says yes, and it also comes with 7 wings, I look on my receipt and I have a charge for extra pork and extra onion, for one I donāt even eat pork or onion so why would you put that, and pork or onion never came out of my mouth. But anyways she charged me for those things, when I asked her why I was charged for those she says, oh for that special it doesnāt come with ranch, but she asked me if I wanted blue cheese or ranch, never said it cost. When did they start not giving you ranch when you order wings? Iāve been here before and never had to pay for the first cup of ranch. This lady customer service sucks, her focus was on her friends that was dining in who she kept running to the table to converse with. The correct thing was to say if you change this itās an up charge and with this special you donāt get free ranch it will cost. The manager needs to reconsider her customer service...

I remember there was a sweet nice lady who used to take my order, I'm pretty sure she still works there, but lately theres been a young lady at the front, somewhere in her late teens to early twenties. The reason for why I'm mentioning the young lady is because, she lacks customer service. Usually when I walk in, she is sitting in a chair on her phone. I called the restaurant sometime last week for a pickup order and she said "welcome to buffalo china, how may I help you?" while I was telling her my order she didn't respond afterwards, it was like she was having a side conversation. I answered hello and still nothing, she soon then responded. Afterwards I had to call again because I felt I needed to leave a name, while talking to the young lady, I told her why I called a second time, but she didn't respond! Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was so tired today, i didn't feel like stopping in a grocery store or busy place.This place is around the corner and on my way home. first time stopping in, I was told they have been there 3 yrs. I had a bad experience at wings 101 on Memorial Drive, food and service was not worth the drive or the money. Buffalo China gave me good service and great lemon pepper wings. Don't sleep on this place. I will be going back to try other things. The place was clean, the floor was clean with room to sit and watch tv. I took my wings to go and I had to stop myself so I would have some left for lunch tomorrow. Good job Buffalo, see you soon!! From a few other reviews I gather they clean the heck out of everything (I personally like the thought of that but don't want to taste it) and that is most likely the reason for that cleaning taste they experienced.
