Burger King — Restaurant in Georgia

I visited this location and went through the drive-through, specifically requesting that my chicken fries be dropped fresh. Once I received them, it was clear they weren’t fresh, so I went inside to address the issue.

The first employee I spoke with was kind and understanding and agreed to have a new order dropped. However, the general manager stepped in and insisted the chicken fries had already been dropped fresh, then began talking back and forth with the kitchen staff in front of me about it. The person in the kitchen said what she want the chicken fries burning like fries. It felt unprofessional and dismissive of my concern as a customer.

In the end, I requested and received a refund, but the entire interaction left a bad impression. I don’t feel comfortable spending my money at an establishment where customer concerns are met with resistance...

I have lost count of how many times they have not been able to serve...wait for it BURGERS. I DIDNT KNOW IT WAS SUCH A HARD CONCEPT! BURGER KING SELLING BURGERS. CRAZY RIGHT? Multiple times I have pulled in to this BURGER KING only to be advised there is only fish and chicken.

The staff are trash. They can't follow simple sales trends when it comes tonplacong truck orders. Sounds like DEI hire.

Soldiers are hungry, the Dfac can't even Dfac so we hope to maybe have something different I have successfully eaten at this burger King once in my 3 years on this post. With 3 visits total. I haven't had burger King since last December. That was because I went off post. Close it down 90% failure rate. Is unacceptable

Update May 4, 2025 took my children to get lunch and they were not pleased with their fries 🍟 they said they tasted funny. Also one of their burger patties was almost burnt. The fiery chicken sandwich I ordered was nasty and the presentation of the sandwich was horrible as well. Do not know what you dipped that chicken patty in but it looked disgusting. Update January 19th, 2024 went for a breakfast sandwich this morning and the biscuit was almost burn it was a crunchy sausage egg and cheese biscuit, so that was a waste of money and that is usually not the case.
