Uragon Filipino Food — Restaurant in Hinesville

My first time eating Filipino food, combo comes with a drink, got the beef caldereta, holy cow that was tasty! Nice rich sauce, nice spice not overwhelming, well cooked veggies and rice. I'm pretty sure the egg was poached and cooked to order. He asked how I like my egg which I thought was a good question for the customer because I like a runny yoke. My meal was hot, delicious and served quickly. I would have given 5 stars but there was more fat on the beef than I would have liked for the price. Went here for the first time yesterday and the food was delicious! I ordered the lechon kawali and it was good. Also ordered lumpia and that was really good too. One thing I would complain about is that for the sauce for the lechon kawali, there was very little sauce.. I wished they filled it up to the top instead of half of the little sauce container.. I don’t know if that was by accident or it’s a thing they’re trying to preserve sauce but I think it would’ve been better when the sauce was filled up.. Wanted to like the food but I just can't. As a half Filipino (Born and raised in the Philippines) this is far from authentic. Pansit was bland and kinda spicy, which it shouldn't be. Lumpia appeared to be store bought frozen lumpia that was thrown in a deep fryer. Also found a few human hairs in my pansit (one about 4 inches long) and short hairs in one of the lumpias.
